Apartment 4 Roses II is a one-bedroom apartment suitable up to four persons located in a residential building some 20 minutes walk from the centre of the Old Town. The apartment contains a bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. The rooms are quiet as their windows are oriented towards an inner courtyard. The bedroom in Apartment 4 Roses II offers a double bed, the living room features a fold out sofa suitable for another two persons. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. The bathroom offers a whirlpool bath. There is also a balcony with the view towards the inner courtyard The size of Apartment 4 Roses II is 65 sq. metres (approx. 700 sq. feet). Drive straight down the street, continue straight to the Landererova street. In the end of Landererova street turn to the right to Dostojevskeho rad. Roomy, clean, comfortable apartment with all ammenties. No noise, near town centre. Can easily walk to the centre, the shops and even the train station. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.3

The location could be nearer to the center but its position was clear from the web site description (it's just 15 minutes walking from the center; not in the center but not too far). The overall value is very good; it surely worth its price. 3

He didn’t like it that I came before 15,00 p.m.! The owner should adjust to the guest wishes and not opposite. In our very short meeting he only was interested in the payment and the time when I would leave the apartment. In the apartment was some stuff I missed. E.g. there were no coffee machine and no towels for dishes in the kitchen, there was no spare blanket. The shower was not working properly; one broad stream was splashing outside. The TV has only 4 national programs – in a very bad quality. There was also sat TV but I found it strange – it was specialized on Arabic or Turkish languages. The owner should maybe take one minute time more to show me programs that I understand (if there were some). The apartment and the service are not worth the price. I would not recommend it. Owner's Response: "I am sorry about unsatisfied guest even though we always try to meet guest's wishes concerning check-in time (in this case I can not agree with the guest's statement, because we complied with her request and met her at the exact time she asked) or missing or broken items (in this case the guest did not contact us during her stay, so we had no chance to provide correction, which we would have definitely made immediately)."3
