Apartment City Center is a spacious two-bedroom apartment for up to 9 persons located in a residential building short walk from the pedestrian zone of the historical centre.

Each bedroom is equipped with one single bed and a double bed. The large living room features a leather sofa with two arm chairs and space for three additional single beds with anatomic mattraces.

The apartment is renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences (satellite TV, broadband internet connection). It offers a fully furnished dine-in kitchen with pots and utensils, bath and a separate toilet.

The size of the apartment is a generous 115 square meters or approx. 1238 square feet. Apartment is located on the second floor and the building is equipped with an elevator. The building was built in 1930 by respected architect Schillinger.

This apartment can be requested jointly with Apartment Bratislava Holiday located in the same building for groups up to 16 persons.

Tram tunnel under the castle hill is undergoing reconstruction until September 2010 (estimated). Changes to the tram service include closing of the lines no. 11 and no. 14. Tram no. 16 replaces these lines with the service from Komisarky (Raca district) via city centre (Obchodna, SNP square and Kamenne square) to Astronomicka (Ruzinov). See the detailed timetable. Trams no. 1, 5 and 9 are re-routed via SNP square, Ludovit Stur square and the Danube embankment.

Reconstruction of tram tracks near Trnavske Myto affects tram lines no. 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 14. Bus lines no. X6 and X14 service the affected stops.

From Airport take bus no. 61 on main railway station then ride tram no. 13 to Vysoka stop. Turn back, walk about 50 meters and then turn left by the traffic lights. Walk straight forward up to the grey building. Entrance to the Apartment City Center is on your left.(35 minutes)

From Main Train Station take tram no. 13 and get off at Vysoka stop. Turn back, walk about 50 meters and then turn left by the traffic lights. Walk straight forward up to the grey building. Entrance to the Apartment City Center is on your left. (8 minutes)

From Bus Station take trolleybus no. 208 and get off at Kolarovo Square stop. Walk up to the traffic lights and turn left crossing the street. Walk straight forward by the parking lot crossing the street. Turn left and walk down few meters. Entrance to the Apartment City Center is on your right. (8 minutes)

The apartment was very nice, large with plenty of beds and rooms. It was clean and had all mod cons (tv, dvd, washing machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, etc, etc). The location is also perfect. The owner was very nice and arranged transport from the airport and gave us useful information before leaving us to enjoy ourselves.

The apartment is of a very high quality, better than many hotels, so it would not be possible to find a same quality accomodation for 5 persons in a hotel for the same price. I paid a quality of 4 stars hotel for the price of of a 3 stars hotel. Only problem may be a parking for the car - to park in the courtyard of the building is not very comfortable (very narrow gate), but this is the heart of the city. I do not complain. There is a public garage close by.
Conclusion - my opinion is very positive and I would come again if I have a next occassion.
