The apartment was excellent. Very clean, everything was of good quality, very good value and the location near to the Danube could not have been better.
My only comment would be that one wc between four rooms would be difficult if every room was full.

Apartment Danube Classic is a large four-bedroom apartment located by the Danube river promenade in the Old Town. The apartment has been completely refurbished. It is a short walk to the pedestrian zone and near many restaurants and bars.

The apartment has four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with a single bed. The apartment contains two bathrooms - one with shower entered through living room, one with bath tube entered through the main bedroom The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard with the living room connected to kitchen containing modern furniture, two three-seater sofas, PC with broadband internet connection and a cable TV. The large kitchen table seats six people.

The apartment is located on the elevated ground floor in a building without an elevator. The size of the apartment is 110 square meters or approx. 1184 square feet. Apartment sleeps up to seven persons.

Breakfast is not included in the price listed.

The apartment is not suitable for stag or hen nights, or for general partying. If you are planning to visit Bratislava to consume large amounts of alcohol, or there is a possibility that you will return noisily to the apartment in the early hours, we would suggest that this is not the apartment for you.

From Airport take bus no. 61 to Main Railway Station. Change to tram no. 13 and get off at Nam. L. Stura. Cross the tram tracks and walk to Medena Street. Apartment entrance is located in the yard of Medena Street number 10. (55 minutes)

From Berg border crossing:
Take route E58 (Viedenska road) until the exit to E75 (Einsteinova street). Follow Einsteinova street. Continue until exit to the Novy most - New Bridge and use it to cross the Danube. Keep to the right and exit the bridge using first exit. Pass under the bridge, on the traffic lights turn to the left (almost 360 degrees) and continue along Danube river bank. Pass under the bridge once again and continue on Razusovo nabrezie (Razus embankment) until second traffic lights. Turn to the left, pass Ludovit Stur statue and turn right to the Medena street. Apartment Danube Classic is on your right (entrance from the Medena street 15/C).

From highway D61:
Pass IKEA and Hypernova shopping malls and follow the "centrum" (city center) traffic signs. Drive straight towards Pristavny most (Port bridge), below the overpass to the roundabout. Follow the "centrum" sign. You are now on Pristavna street. Drive straight down the street, continue straight to the Landererova street. In the end of Landererova street turn to the left to Dostojevskeho rad. Pass the traffic lights and continue on Vajanskeho nabrezie (Vajansky embankment). On next traffic light turn right pass Ludovit Stur statue and turn right to the Medena street. Apartment Danube Classic is on your right (entrance from the Medena street 15/C).

The apartment was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and featured excellent amenities, which made our stay in Bratislava even more enjoyable. We were delighted to find a working dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a washing machine and the high speed internet and computer. The apartment is conveniently located in the old city, comfortable walking distance to everything. I heartily recommend this location to anyone else who wishes to visit Bratislava, which is itself a charming and interesting city.
