This small, simple one-bedroom completely furnished apartment is situated on Grosslingova street in the Old Town. Apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.

The apartment is equipped with fridge, cooking facilities and iron. There is a double bed in the bedroom.

Apartment Grosslingova is suitable for up to four persons.

Breakfast is not included in the price listed.

From Airport take bus no. 61 to the terminus (Train station). (25 minutes)

From Main Train Station take tram no. 13, get off at Jesenskeho Street walk back 50 meters towards the intersection with Sturova. Cross the intersection and enter Grosslingova Street on the left. Walk about 150 meters. Apartment/Flat Grosslingova 15 is on your left.(15 minutes)

From Berg border crossing:
Take route E58 (Viedenska road) and drive straight towards overpass. Pass above Einsteinova street and follow Viedenska cesta. Continue under the bridge (Novy most - New Bridge) along with Danube river bank, then turn left and cross the Danube using Stary most (Old Bridge). After you cross this bridge, turn right on the traffic lights to the Dostojevskeho rad. Pass next traffic lights and turn left to Klemensova street. Continue for about 150 meters until you get to Grosslingova street. Turn left to Grosslingova street, the Apartment Grosslingova 15 is on your right.

From highway D61:
Pass IKEA and Hypernova shopping malls and follow the "centrum" (city center) traffic signs. Drive straight towards Pristavny most (Port bridge), below the overpass to the roundabout. Follow the "centrum" sign. You are now on Pristavna street. Drive straight down the street, continue straight to the Landererova street. In the end of Landererova street turn to the right to Dostojevskeho rad. On the second traffic lights turn left to Mlynske nivy and continue to Dunajska street. From Dunajska street take first turn to the left (Lazaretska street) and then again to the left to to Grosslingova street. Apartment Grosslingova 15 is on your right.

Rather old and simply furnished, but rather cheap and well situated. I would recommend it for people looking more for a good price and well situation than a nice and comfortable apartment (people looking for this definitely have to choose another one).

The Grosslingova 15 appartment was as the pictures showed (the furniture is not new and we did not expected more) but there was an absolute lack of cleaning. Only the sheets and towels were clean. The WC was disgusting. The floor was not better. And I had to wash it a bit because we had already paid and there were only 2 nights we were going to spend there (that's why we did not call the owner). There were some spider nets or so on the ceiling over one bed. The armchairs were very dirty (they were old but could have a wash some time). There was dust and rest of dirty everywhere and the worst for me was to find rest of food (onion) in the sink.
It is a pitty because the location was fabulous, the place quiet (despite the nearby Tesco clock bell in the mornings but that was not a problem).
We only remained there because we did not have time to find any other place for 2 nights and beacuse the sheets were clean and I decided not to look at the place much.

Apartment Grosslingova was exactly as described. The large fridge was particularly welcome. I would recommend it to other travellers - if they don't mind not being able to cook/prepare meals there as there isn't a proper kitchen table or cooker - just 2 hot plates which was sufficient for our needs.
The bells that ring on the hour from 8am across the street at Tesco were the only negative aspect of the flat.

Apartment Grosslingova 15 is good because it's cheap and it's right in the centre of the city; the only problem is that there is no control of heating, so air in the apartment is really too hot and dry; moreover, there's only one window and it can't be opened completely.

In your website the place was described in the user comments as untidy and not clean. Our experience was different, place was clean and everything worked fine. Place had maps, brochures about Bratislava etc. which gave a nice and professional touch.
Situation is good, near old town and you can also get the taste of the real life of Bratislava. Shopping oriented with limited budget will appreciate the Tesco accross the street, there are speciality shops (shoes etc) and money exchange options to choose from.

Although it has a perfect location, it had some disadvantages. Cleanliness was far from a standard level, the apartment was dirty, especially the bathroom and the toilet, the sheets were tattered, the towels very old, no showercurtain, etc., so in our opinion it's very expensive for the conveniences it offers.
