The hotel was excellent and it was as described and expected. I think it is most suitable for longer stay business travellers, probably less so for a single night in that the excellent facilities are a bit wasted on a late-night arrival and immediate departure the following day, as in my case. Its central location is also very good and this is perhaps something that was not fully obvious to me originally.

MaMaison Residence Sulekova is the first extended-stay apartment residence in Bratislava, Slovakia. The hotel residence opened in late 2004 and is located in a very quiet residential district of the Old Town.

The apartment residence offers 32 luxuriously furnished apartments, each with a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player and a safe.

The residence offers a choice of nine different apartment layouts and sizes from 35 square meters (approx. 376 square feet) of standard studio up to 75 square meters (approx. 818 square feet) of deluxe two-bedroom apartment. Apartments are suitable for business and leisure travelers, relocating executives and expatriates.

Breakfast is included in the price listed (Breakfast included for up to 2 persons. Breakfast available on request. Extra Continental breakfast for 3rd person available for EUR 10.).

Driving directions:
By car from Prague - D2 express way - keep going straight up to the heart of the city, D2 changes into Stefanikova Street, when you approach the centre and trees will be on both of your sides. Continue down that street, keep the right lane and on the lights by Presidential Palace turn right on Palisady Street - direction castle. On next traffic lights turn right on Sulekova Street. Residence Sulekova is just 200 meters from the crossroads.

By car from Vienna or Budapest, follow the direction CENTRUM, drive straight up to the New Bridge with UFO tower restaurant on the top. Take that bridge to get over the river Danube (when approaching the bridge from Vienna/Budapest you follow the signage AUPARK, which will take you on the bridge). Cross the river, castle is in front of you. After passing the castle, keep the right lane in order not to get into tunnel - you have to take the exit befor the tunnel. On the next traffic lights, turn left toward the Presidential Palace and then immediately turn left again on Palisady Street. On next traffic lights turn right on Sulekova Street. Residence Sulekova is just 200 meters from the crossroads.

I received the requested booking confirmation from the hotel timely. We liked it VERY MUCH. First of all it is a good choise because of the location - so centrally situated. Very nice and helpful staff - good service. We enjoyed our stay in Bratislava very much - a very nice city and I am sure of that we will visit it again.
