Very good. Apartment was as described, clean and very spacious. Minor point - couple of drawers in kitchen were full of rubbish from previous occupant. Owner who greeted us was very friendly and provided a lot of information about the apartment and city for us which was very useful. Overall, very good! One issue - missing warm water with no prenotice, but contact person was promptly reacting - getting information about the reasons and time to get fixed (unfortunately not in due time). All these I can accept that were not under agency control. Eventually, rebate was agreed and beside the value, the approach was correct and appreciated as professional. Very pleasant appartment with a lot of services (tv, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, iron laundry...), very clean, good localisation.
