Apartment Maya is a magnificent, spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in a grand historical building by the central Kollarovo square near the Presidential Palace, short walk from the pedestrian zone of the Old Town. The size of the apartment is 160 sq.m, (1722 sq.feet). In addition to the three separate bedrooms there is a spacious living room, separate study, and huge kitchen with balcony. The apartment underwent a complete luxurious renovation in 2010 carefully restoring many of the original features including 3.6 metre ceilings throughout, the original solid wooden doors, and wooden parquet flooring. The apartment sleeps up to 7 persons in the three spacious bedrooms accessible from the main central hall. The main bedroom has a king size double bed, one fold down armchair and en-suite bathroom and toilet. The second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. 6 people can sleep in separate beds at this apartment. The main bathroom and toilet are accessed again directly from the hall. The apartment also features a modern kitchen with a large dining table and many modern fixtures, fittings, and appliances including induction hob, built in electric oven/microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and built-in coffee maker. The living room has two three-seater sofas, dining table with four chairs and cable TV. There is also a separate study with a computer and broadband internet access. Wireless router with unlimited internet allows free of charge access throughout the apartment. Apartment Maya is on the second floor of the residential building without an elevator. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport - a bus and trolley bus stop is in front of the house. Limited street parking is available around the house and there is a paid public covered car park only 150 meters away. Many nightlife venues, restaurants and fast-food eateries are just steps away in Obchodna street.
