Apartment Presidential Palace is a self-catering two-bedroom apartment for up to six persons. It has been recently reconstructed and furnished (last reconstruction took part in March 2010).

Apartment is located in walking distance from the Old Town's pedestrian zone, near the Presidential Palace, in a residential building with view to a green garden

It offers two bathrooms and two toilets.

Each of two bedrooms has its private bathroom with shower corner and and toilet and its private kitchen unit with oven, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and all necessary utensils and offers privacy, independence and comfort.

Each bedroom can sleep three persons (featuring one double bed and an additional extra bed). The second bedroom can be used as a living room with sofa, dining table and chairs.

High speed Wifi Internet is available free of charge in the apartment.
Each bedroom has a TV with satellite with more than 50 channels (including several English-language channels).

The size of the apartment is 60 square metres (approx. 646 square feet). It is located on the elevated ground floor and sleeps a maximum of six persons.

If booked for 3 or more nights, transfer from Bratislava airport, train
or bus station is free of charge.

From Main Train Station take bus no. 83, get off at Hodzovo namestie, walk back 50 meters towards, pass both Tolsteho and Gundulicova street on your left and then turn to Lermontovova street. on your left. Walk about 20 meters. The Apartment Presidential Palace is on your right. (15 minutes)

Continue straight down the highway E65, cross several traffic lights (after Hypertesco Lamac store pass 6 traffic light) and drive direction city center (centrum). Continue to Prazska street, pass Main Train Station and continue on Stefanikova street. Check the street names on your right side, after you pass Lermontovova street take turn right to the next street (Gundulicova street). Continue straight and turn right to Mateja Bela street and then again right to Lermontovova street. Apartment Presidential Palace is on your left.

From Berg border crossing:
Take route E58 (Viedenska road) until the exit to E75 (Einsteinova street). Follow Einsteinova street. Continue until exit to the Novy most - New Bridge and use it to cross the Danube. Continue straight from the bridge to the first traffic lights. Do not drive underground, stay on surface and turn left. Pass Presidential Palace on your right, continue on Stefanikova street and then take first turn left to Gundulicova street. Continue straight and turn right to Mateja Bela street and then again right to Lermontovova street. Apartment Presidential Palace is on your left.

The description was good. Location was great, very near the train
station terminal stop for the airport bus. The quality was fine,
as was cleanliness and good value, although as a single person I had
to pay for the apartment as if I had been two people, but that´s
fair enough I guess. Would be nice if there was a SLIGHTLY lower
rate for single occupancy, but I understand that the owners would
be losing quite a bit if they accepted single occupancy over longer
periods in the busy season.3
