Apartment Residence is a residence building located in one of the courtyards of popular Obchodna street in the centre of Bratislava.

Apartment Residence offers four double/twin rooms and four apartments.

Each room can accommodate two persons. Rooms also include refrigerator and electric kettle and a guest-controlled air-conditioning. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower corner.

The apartments can accommodate up to three persons each: two in a bedroom and additional person on the fold-out sofa in a living room. Apartments also offer small kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave and cooking appliance with a glass-ceramic panel. All apartments are equipped with and a guest-controlled air-conditioning.

All rooms and apartments are equipped with a cable TV (several English language channels available) and a PC with broadband internet.

The reception of Apartment Residence is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but guests can check in at any time, if the manager is informed of the arrival time in advance.

The location makes this friendly guesthouse-style accommodation suitable for both business travelers and tourists who want to stay close to the centre.

Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the price of room. It is not included in the prices of apartments, it is available to for an additional EUR 5.50 per person. Available brekfast is buffet breakfast, served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.

Discounts: 10% discount is available for stays over five nights.

From Airport: Take bus no. 61 to the terminus Hlavna stanica (Main Train Station). (25 minutes)

From Main Train Station take tram no. 13, get off at Vysoka stop. Continue walking straight forward by the tram tracks for about 100 meters. Apartment Residence is on your left in the courtyard (building no. 42). (10 minutes)

From Bus station take trolleybus no. 206 or 208 and get off at Kollarovo square stop. Walk back to the crossing and cross Kollarovo square to Obchodna street. Continue walking straight forward by the tram tracks for about 100 meters. Apartment Residence is on your left in the courtyard (building no. 42). (5 minutes)

From Czech Republic:
Continue straight down the highway E65, cross several traffic lights (after Hypertesco Lamac store pass 6 traffic light) and drive direction city center (centrum). Continue to Prazska street, pass Main Train Station and continue on Stefanikova street towards Hodzovo square with Presidential Palace. On traffic lights on Hodzovo square turn left. Pass Hotel Crowne Plaza on your right and take first turn right. You can park your car in the underground garage to your right. Get off the car and walk down the Vysoka street. Turn right and walk for about 140 meters. Apartment Residence is on your left in the yard.

From Berg border crossing:
Take route E58 (Viedenska road) until the exit to E75 (Einsteinova street). Follow Einsteinova street. Continue until exit to the Novy most - New Bridge and use it to cross the Danube. Continue straight from the bridge to the first traffic lights. Do not drive underground, stay on surface and go straight. Pass Hotel Crowne Plaza on your right and take first turn right. You can park your car in the underground garage to your right. Get off the car and walk down the Vysoka street. Turn right and walk for about 140 meters. Apartment Residence is on your left in the yard.

The description on the website is an accurate one. We found our double room at Apartment Residence to be clean & modern, with a comfortable bed & a great shower. The inclusion of parking, internet & breakfast makes this a good value choice - especially given its nice quiet location close to the old town centre.

I had a really nice stay in Bratislava at the Apartment Residence. Everything was new, clean and decorated with a good taste. Location is also very good. They did not take Visa for booking though and I had to transfer the money to their bank account. All emails were promptly answered and I got a confirmation of my booking as soon as I sent them the confirmation of the transfer.
