This one-bedroom completely furnished apartment is an older apartment with basic furnishing suitable for less demanding travelers. The apartment is situated on Zahradnicka street in wider city center, just some 10 minutes to the Old Town.

The apartment is equipped with fridge, cooking facilities and iron. There is a double bed in the bedroom.

Apartment Zahradnicka is suitable for up to four persons. It is located on the third floor and the building is equipped with an elevator.

Breakfast is not included in the price listed.

From Airport take bus no. 61, get off at Main train station terminus. Take tram no. 2, get off at Legionarska street. Walk back by the tram tracks for about 100 meters and cross the Square of Martin Benka (Nam. Martina Benku) to the Palace of Justice (large building). Continue for another 20 meters. There was enough information about the hotel on the website and it proved to be pretty realistic also. It could still be mentioned that the shower is in the same room with the cooking facilities. The apartment wasn't as tidy as we thought and the apartment was very old. Also the fridge was an unpleasant surprise: untidy and old. We would have wanted to have some more towels - one clean in the kitchen and total two towels for each guest (now we only had one for each). Also the toilet paper had almost ran out already when we came. It would probably be very good to say on the website that there is quite a lot of traffic on the street so the apartment can be a bit noisy.
I would say that the Apartment Zahradnicka 11 is good for those who just want a place to sleep and need no luxury. It has an excellent location when you compare it with the price. The owner was very nice and helpful and even came to pick us up from the bus station.

The Zahradnicka 11 accommodation is "basic". The only disappointments were regions (e.g., top of door jam and top of window sill) that were thick with dust and dirt. The apartment had not been cleaned well--only superficially. If you walk bare footed on the floor covering where the bed is located, the bottoms of your feet become black.
The criticism of the accommodations is from an American family. We are not fastidious, however accommodations are readily available in most places in the United States that are cleaner and at about one half to two thirds the price.

It was very clean, the renter was very nice and well organized. He even had a map and suggestions of where to visit for us. I would definitely recommend to other travelers.
