Apartments Lafranconi are two small, simple but very cosy self-catering apartments in the Lafranconi area, with views of the river Danube, some 20 minutes walk along the river promenade from the city centre.

Apartment No.3 is a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor. It contains a living room with sofa inter-connected with a kitchen, bedroom with double bed and separated part of the room with another bed. There is a hallway leading to the bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.

The size of Apartments No.3 is 45 square metres or approx. 485 square feet. It sleeps up to five adults.

Apartment No.1 is a quiet one-bedroom apartment on the lower ground floor, featuring a living room with sofa interconnected with kitchen and a double-bedded bedroom. A hallway leads to bathroom with shower and toilet.

The size of Apartment No.1 is 35 square meters or approx. 377 square feet, the apartment sleeps a maximum of three persons.

Each apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with cable TV, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee maker.

There is no elevator in the building.

We really enjoyed the apartment! We liked it's convenience for our car and closeness to the tram to get downtown. Our only problem was locating the property. There was no sign and we drove around for awhile before we found it. Other than that- it was perfect for our stay!3

The description was accurate, except that the apartment was in the basement, which was OK, we didn't have any problems with it. I just want to say that that was not in description.3

Apartment itself was even better than on the pictures, with full necessary equipment, very clean and fresh. 'Price-value' relation for that standard of accomodation is almost 100% satysfying, maybe it's just a bit expensive for young travellers ;-) Anyway we enjoyed our time there and we didn't waste any minute because of convenient location, 10 minutes to ccentre in 'elektricka' is just enough :-)3

We were extremely pleased with the apartment in Bratislava. It was very clean and well equipped.
The location was perfect for us. We were able to catch buses and trams to all parts of the city. It was also only 2 tram stops down the street from the apartment where our son and his wife have been living. The apartment was clean, very pleasant and much nicer than staying in a hotel room.3
