The description was accurate, except that the apartment was in the basement, which was OK, we didn't have any problems with it. I just want to say that that was not in description.

Apartments Lafranconi are three small, simple but very cosy self-catering apartments in the Lafranconi area, with views of the river Danube, some 20 minutes walk along the river promenade from the city centre.

Apartments No.3 and No.5 are one-bedroom apartments. Each contains a living room with sofa inter-connected with a kitchen, bedroom with double bed and separated part of the room with another bed. There is a hallway leading to the bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.

The size of Apartments No.3 and No.5 is 50 square metres or approx. 538 square feet. Each sleeps up to four adults and one additional child under the age of 15.

Apartment No.1 is a smaller one-bedroom apartment featuring a living room with sofa interconnected with kitchen and a double-bedded bedroom. A hallway leads to bathroom with shower and toilet.

The size of Apartment No.1 is 40 square meters or approx. 431 square feet, the apartment sleeps a maximum of four persons.

Each apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with cable TV, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee maker.

Apartments are located on the elevated ground floor in a house without an elevator.

Breakfast is not included in the price listed.

From Airport take bus no. 61 and get off at Racianske myto stop. Change for bus no. 31 and get off at Park kultury stop. Cross the street to your right and walk straigh forward for about 150 meters in direction of tram. Apartment Lafranconi 3 is on your right.(40 minutes)

From Main Train Station take tram no. 13, get off at Postova stop.Change to tram no. 5 or 9 and get off at Park kultury. Cross the street to your right and walk straigh forward for about 150 meters in direction of tram. Apartment Lafranconi 3 is on your right. (21 minutes)

From Bus Station take bus no. 70 and get off at terminus Novy most. Change to any tram going out of the centre and get off at Park kultury stop. Cross the street to your right and walk straigh forward for about 150 meters in direction of tram. Apartment Lafranconi 3 is on your right. (8 minutes)

Apartment itself was even better than on the pictures, with full necessary equipment, very clean and fresh. 'Price-value' relation for that standard of accomodation is almost 100% satysfying, maybe it's just a bit expensive for young travellers ;-) Anyway we enjoyed our time there and we didn't waste any minute because of convenient location, 10 minutes to ccentre in 'elektricka' is just enough :-)

We were extremely pleased with the apartment in Bratislava. It was very clean and well equipped.
The location was perfect for us. We were able to catch buses and trams to all parts of the city. It was also only 2 tram stops down the street from the apartment where our son and his wife have been living. The apartment was clean, very pleasant and much nicer than staying in a hotel room.

I was satisfied with the information provided in connection with the apartment, and also with the service provided by Lafranconi apartment. The personnel was very nice and helpful, the apartment was absolutely clean, and we had a nice stay there.
