The Art apartment was lovely. It was clean, spacious and contained everything i needed for the duration of the holiday. I would however like to suggest that a folder of information be kept within the apartment containing information for future guests about where to put waste rubbish, and where to find the central heating controls; because i found the apartment to be very warm (too warm most of the time) and had to open windows as soon as i came back.
The location of the apartment was perfect for all my needs.

Apartment Art is located in a residential building in a side street in the very centre of Bratislava's Old Town.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with fold out sofa for two additional persons. The living room features a TV set with cable (including several English-language channels). The kitchen features a gas stove, microwave oven, kettle, washing machine, a dining table and three chairs. The bathroom contains a bathtub. Toilet is located separately.

Broadband internet connection is available in the apartment.

The apartment has floor space of 65 square meters (approx. 700 square feet). It is located on the first floor (not ground floor) in a building without an elevator and can accommodate up to four people.

Breakfast is not included in the price listed.

Discounts: Children up to six years stay free of charge.

To get there by public transport:
From Airport take bus no. 61, get off at the terminus Main train station (Hlavna stanica).

From Main Train Station take tram no. 13, get of at the seventh stop Nam. Ludovita Stura. Cross the tramlines, Medena street is in front of you. Apartment entrance number 12 is located at the corner of Medena and Tobrucka Street. (15 minutes)

From the Bus Station take bus no. 50, get off at the third stop Safarikovo namestie, walk down Dobrovicova street into Tobrucka Street, turn right to get to Medena Street. Apartment entrance number 12 is located at the corner of Medena and Tobrucka Street. (10 minutes)

From Berg border crossing:
Take route E58 (Viedenska road) until the exit to E75 (Einsteinova street). Follow Einsteinova street. Continue until exit to the Novy most - New Bridge and use it to cross the Danube. Keep to the right and exit the bridge using first exit. Pass under the bridge, on the traffic lights turn to the left (almost 360 degrees) and continue along Danube river bank. Pass under the bridge once again and continue on Razusovo nabrezie (Razus embankment) until second traffic lights. Turn to the left, pass Ludovit Stur statue and turn right to the Medena street. Art Apartment is on your left.

From highway D61:
Pass IKEA and Hypernova shopping malls and follow the "centrum" (city center) traffic signs. Drive straight towards Pristavny most (Port bridge), below the overpass to the roundabout. Follow the "centrum" sign. You are now on Pristavna street. Drive straight down the street, continue straight to the Landererova street. In the end of Landererova street turn to the left to Dostojevskeho rad. Pass the traffic lights and continue on Vajanskeho nabrezie (Vajansky embankment). On next traffic light turn right pass Ludovit Stur statue and turn right to the Medena street. Art Apartment is on your left.
