Hotel Avance is a newly built designer business hotel in a quiet street right outside of the pedestrian zone of the Old Town. The hotel's standard business rooms are a generous 36m2 (approx. 390 sq. ft) with queen size beds, designer furnishings, LCD TV, minibar, desk and safe (fits a 15'' notebook computer). All rooms are airconditioned and non-smoking. Each room is equipped either with bath or shower (indicate preference in booking form), hair dryer, the toilet is located in the bathroom. An extra bed can be added to every room and children's cots are available on request. Suites are 70m2 (approx. 750 sq. ft) in size, they feature a terrace or balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. Bathrooms in suites contain both a bath and shower. Internet connection is available for free in rooms (the ethernet cable is provided) and there is free Wireless Internet in the lobby. Avance is literally a few minutes walk from the Opera, National Philharmonic Reduta Hall, Slovak National Gallery and all the major historical sights.
Breakfast is included in the price listed (Buffet Breakfast - served on weekdays 6:30 - 10 am, weekends 7:30 - 11 am, includes bread and rolls, croissants, cheese, salami, ham, honey, jam, fresh fruit, fruit salad, warm buffet, cereal, muesli, fruit juices, coffee, tea, milk).

It is very well located, in a quiet street, very close to the historical centre (1 minute's walk) and very close to a tram/bus stop (just a few meters), so it was very convenient. My room was perfect: huge room, clean, confortable, quiet, with all the equipment needed (hairdryer, flat screen tv, internet, desk, safe, minibar, a lot of space for clothes and so on). Everything was clean and looked as new. Huge bathroom. Good quality of breakfast: large buffet with everything needed. I was very pleased with this hotel and I think it is really good value for money. I will not hesitate to go back there in the future.3

And, I recommended Hotel Avance to another friend for this coming weekend. Superb! The hotel is wonderful, I loved the interior design, the rooms were large, exceptionally attractive and comfortable, clean, and inviting. They were an excellent value with free internet. The location was central and perfect for visiting the natural history museum and downtown. In addition, I requested a taxi from the hotel for pickup at the train station. It was there waiting, although we were late. Such excellent service! The hotel staff was courteous and conscientious. I will definitely stay at Hotel Avance again when I come to Bratislava. We were thrilled and pleased with our choice.3
