iNo deposit is required for last minute bookings (1 day or less in advance).
For bookings made more than 1 day prior to the actual arrival prices and apartment availability will be guaranteed when a 20% deposit payment is received and confirmation is issued. The preferred way of paying the deposit is via PayPal.
The deposit should be paid promptly, usually no longer than 3 days from the receipt of the payment request
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are subject to a loss of the 20% deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are subject to a loss of 100% payment. The apartment owners will send a payment request via Paypal and require you to kindly pay the outstanding balance promptly.
Two methods of payment are accepted: a 20% deposit payment before arrival via PayPal and a 80% payment on arrival by cash in Euros. We can't hold your reservation until the deposit is paid. Thank you very much.
As a general guideline the check-out time is at 11.00am. Nevertheless, Bratislava Apartments Group team will try to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
Bratislava Apartments staff will meet you on your arrival to welcome you to the apartment, provide you with the keys and answer any questions. Your credit card will not be charged (except for the non-refundable rates).

You will immediately receive an e-mail from us to confirm that we have received your request. You will be assigned a unique 5-digit reservation code and provided direct contact telephone and an e-mail address for Apartment Opera House - one bedroom. You will also be able to request discounted airport transfer to Apartment Opera House - one bedroom, car rental and guided tours.
