Latest feedback on Botel Gracia: We are overally satisfied with our stay and service in Botel Gracia. There is however one thing you need to improve and that is the cleanliness. We stayed in the hotel four nights and not once did the service come to change the sheets or clean the room. On the other
hand, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the atmosfere was pleasant in overall.Christakis from Cyprus wrote on 17.02.2008 More feedback...

Visitors' feedback: Joe from Ireland wrote on 18.09.2007: Generally good but bad odours could be got from the bathroom from time to time.Stephen from UK wrote on 18.07.2007: The room was unexpectedly spacious for a single room. However, the hotel was looking run-down and tired. The curtains were not hanging properly, and I did expect a better standard of room in Bratislava for this money. At this price (40 + GB Pounds), you could have found better accommodation in the UK - which was surprising. On the other hand the staff were charming: very helpful and obliging. This was excellent. Also, the beer in the room was local, cold, reasonably-priced and tasted pretty good.Gerald from Argentina wrote on 01.10.2006: Botel Gracia was very tired. I think it needs a complete overhaul - new furniture, carpeting etc. The windows on the staircase looked as though they hadn't been washed in 20 years. Can't complain about the location.Takayoshi from USA wrote on 27.09.2006: It was as described. I had no complaint. I would recommend it to others.Bente from Denmark wrote on 13.09.2006: The hotel was as we expected, and we enjoyed our stay. People were nice, and the breakfast was okay.John from Germany wrote on 09.09.2006: Botel Gracia was quite nice. The staff were always helpful. The breakfast was good. The bar/band deck was a nice difference from other hotels. The only thing that was of minor concern was that the shower stall in my room was extremely small. I understand that the Botel Gracia was designed as a boat, and as such some of the amenities would be different -- this includes a small shower. But, as I said, that was a very minor point; my overall stay at Botel Gracia was quite enjoyable. A major advantage to me about staying at Botel Gracia was its proximity to the older downtown area of Bratislava.>> Read older feedback for Botel Gracia
