The little thing that was not mentioned on your website regarding Botel Gracia: the night club just near the hotel.
I slept 2 hours during my first night and when I phoned the receptionist the only thing she answered me was "you are in city center" !!
I absolutely do not recommend it to travelers, no way. The TV didn't work correctly, where was the internet connection? Noisy, noisy, noisy (night clubs, boats, neighbours)! Dirty!
I went then for my days left in Bratislava in a cheaper hotel: quiet, clean and TV. (<< Back to Botel Gracia)

Botel Gracia is poor and not good. No quality at all. The room was bad, it smelt in the room, there was water on the floor and I had water running in the room and floading in the bathroom. No one helped to sort out the water, they did not offer me another room to stay. The room was NOT cleaned. Over a week the cleaning has been done once!!!
It was not as described and expected. I was there for business and there was no internet connection, not at the reception nor in the room. I won't stay there anymore.
It was really expensive for what it is. I had many problems with the hotel. I am really disappointed with Botel Gracia. I would not recommend it to anyone. (<< Back to Botel Gracia)

The Botel Gracia was not as advertised. It was very poorly maintained, it was dirty, and not at all like the website or Bratislava brochures suggested. I consider to be misled and it was false advertising. I would not recommend it to anyone. (<< Back to Botel Gracia)

The Botel was great, very fun and near the city center. I would recommend it. (<< Back to Botel Gracia)

The hotel was probably a bit "older" than I expected form the web pictures but it was clean & the staff were excellent. I did ask for a double room where I expected a larger double bed but I had to accept two small beds that were not next to each other. (<< Back to Botel Gracia)

I'd definitely recommend Botel Gracia to my friends and I'd definitely stay there again next time I'm in Bratislava. I thought it was very well described and as expected. I really liked the bar/restaurant on the top deck. You should point out more that you are very close to the centre of town. I was surprised by how central you are!! (<< Back to Botel Gracia)

We stayed just one night at the hotel, but found it very comfortable and it was what I expected. The rooms were simple, but most of our time was spent out of the hotel and in the city. I would have no hesitations in recommending it to other travellers. It's a unique experience and the location was fantastic. Right on the river and close to the town centre. This hotel was very nice and we were kindly welcomed. As we came from Vienna by boat, it was just near at the arrival and it's very practical.
Most of people don't expect a boat to be an hotel and I am not sure that the name "botel" is meaningful enough: I think that Boat Hotel would be more appropriate. (<< Back to Botel Gracia)

I enjoyed my stay at the Botel. The staff was friendly and courteous and the rooms were nice. Since the botel is on water, the windows should have screens on them to keep the bugs out (learned that the hard way, though it wasn't too bad). (<< Back to Botel Gracia)
