Prices of goods and services in Bratislava

Bratislava is an incredible compromise between Western style quality and east-European prices. Anything with a high labor input is still quite cheap for an American or Western European tourist. In recent years, rises in Bratislava prices have been modest with Slovak headline inflation in 2005 running at around 2.7%.
