General Service Conditions and Price List
General service conditions of intermediation of accommodation and other services through the portal BratislavaHotels.com, valid as of 1st January 2012
Unless specifically stated in the reservation form or service description, all reservations of accommodation and services through the portal BratislavaHotels.com are governed by the following General service conditions:
Portal BratislavaHotels.com
The company Modesio, s.r.o. (Tour4U), which operates the portal BratislavaHotels.com, serves as an intermediary in the provision of accommodation and other related services for visitors of Bratislava.
Price of stay/service
Some facilities include the mandatory city fee (city tax) in the price of accommodation, some facilities charge this fee in addition to their posted prices. The price of stay shown in the reservation form is always complete – shown including the VAT and city fee.
Types of reservations
We provide the following types of reservations:
1) Non-guaranteed (without providing payment card information) – reservation is not guaranteed and if not stated otherwise is valid until 6 pm on the day of arrival. In case of late arrival you must inform the hotel of arrival time and arrange that the room will be held.
2) Guaranteed (with payment card information) – reservation is guaranteed with a payment card for late arrival.
3) Prepaid (advance purchase) – reservation is paid to Modesio, s.r.o. (Tour4U) after the reservation form is sent with a payment card via Card Pay, using PayPal or via bank transfer on the basis of an invoice or directly to the hotel/service provider with a payment card or via bank transfer.
Reservation of stay/service
Non-guaranteed and guaranteed reservations may be requested through the online reservation form or by telephone. After the reservation form is sent you will receive a confirmation that your request has been received by e-mail at the address you have provided. Subsequently, the reservation will be confirmed by the accommodation facility or service provider within 24 hours.
No show
If you do not show up for a reserved stay or service, accommodation or service provider is entitled to charge you for one night of stay (in case of guaranteed reservations) or the agreed upon amount.
Cancellation and change of reservation
Every facility and service provider has their own conditions for cancellation and change of reservation, which are displayed before the reservation is requested. Some reservations (especially non-standard and special rates such as APR) can not be cancelled or changed. These rates are marked in red and labeled "Advance payment" or "Advance Purchase Rate ". Rates marked in green, which allow cancellation or change of dates under conditions given by the accommodation or service provider (e.g. a certain number of days before arrival etc.).
Complaints
Complaints are handled by accommodation and service providers. If you are not satisfied with the reservation process, please send us your complaint by e-mail at info@bratislavahotels.com or contact us by telephone at +421 911 468 357 on work days from 9 am to 5 pm.
Price list
Prices of accommodation on offer and other services are updated continually by accommodation and service providers and Modesio, s.r.o. (Tour4U) staff. The binding price in Euros is displayed before any request is sent, as well as in the confirmation e-mail from the accommodation or service provider.
