Latest feedback on Hotel Matysak: The overall experience was good, mostly because of our last day. Until the last day we had no chance to see and eat at the restaurant or use room service because of the opening hours during new year and the fact that it was closed for sanitation. We complained about this when checking out and were met well, the kind lady in the reception arranged a dinner for free before we left and was very helpful with everything we wanted. The other factors were as they are described on the homepage and I must say that we had a really nice stay.Johan from Sweden wrote on 10.01.2008 More feedback...

Visitors' feedback: Damien from Ireland wrote on 01.11.2007: The Hotel Matysak is an excellent hotel and is a jewel in the crown of
Bratislava. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was
magnificent. The room standards and service were also excellent. All of this ensured that we had a very pleasant and enjoyable 5 days in
Bratislava.Jani from Finland wrote on 15.10.2007: Very satisfied, we really enjoyed our stay in Bratislava and Hotel Matysak was excellent...
Cleanliness, quality and overall was really good. Location was outside from center of Bratislava but taxies was cheap so that did not matter. Carl from Denmark wrote on 07.08.2007: Anything and everything about the rooms and the hotel was very satisfactory indeed: space, decoration, cleanliness, service. Good overall value.Olesya from Russia wrote on 27.07.2007: The hotel is really nice, clean and comfortable, the personnel is friendly, beautiful design. The only unpleasant thing was the lack of air-conditioning, it was pretty stuffy in the room, considering the hot weather at the time of staying. Also wish the breakfast would be more varied. Overall I've enjoyed staying at Matysak very much.Neil from England wrote on 16.07.2007: The hotel was as described and better than expected, it is always difficult to be certain what you will find when booking hotels over the internet, the rooms were clean and service was good, value was good for a hotel in a capital city.
The breakfast service and offer was on the first day limited as we were towards the end of the time allowed following late arrival the night before. Maybe the food could be topped up as guests arrive for breakfast towards the end of the allocated time.
Generally the food and service in the restaurant for evening meals was very good.Gillian from UK wrote on 07.06.2007: Hotel was good, clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds and excellent shower. More suitable for business travellers or older people on holiday.>> Read older feedback for Hotel Matysak
