The Perugia is a small quiet business hotel in a restored historical building in the middle of the Old Town's pedestrian zone.
It has a family atmosphere and is walking distance from everything historical that Bratislava offers. The Opera, theatres and Slovak Philharmonic are all within a short walk as are numerous restaurants, bars and pubs.
There is a Hungarian-style restaurant "Gazdovsky dvor", a wine-bar and an Atrium hall. Hotel Perugia offers 26 beds in single rooms, double rooms and one suite.
Due to its location in the pedestrian zone the Perugia can not be accessed by car (the nearest road is about three minutes walk away). Also, the area is very lively, especially on weekend nights.

Visitors' feedback: Rowan from USA wrote on 04.10.2006: It was very clean and a very nice hotel but we felt it was a little overpriced. On the day of our check in the female hotel clerk we had was not very friendly which surprised us a little bit.
The breakfast provided was very nice but like I said above we were expecting a much more luxurious hotel for the price we paid for it. It is also not good that some taxis can't drop you off closer to the hotel. We had to walk a long way past all the outdoor restaurants with all our luggage to get there but when we used the hotel's taxi service they picked us up nearer to the hotel.Theodore from USA wrote on 12.07.2006: It has an elevator, but there are still steps up from the street if that is
a concern. Reception was helpful (overly so at times), breakfast was good. The worst fault was the noise from the street which went on untill very late.
The location was top notch, but I would warn a traveler with a lot of luggage that the taxi cannot drive right up to the front door. You have a two block hike.
