The Hotel Set was outstanding. One of the nicest small hotels I have stayed at. Everything was excellent, from the quality of the rooms, the extremely high level of customer service which was very friendly and efficient, the breakfasts, etc. In fact would strongly recommend it, will definitely stay there in future and am already planning a further visit. Hotel Set was a very good choice.Your website told us exactly which stop to get off at on the tram from the airport, which was very helpful. Although the hotel wasn't in the centre of Bratislava, it was very easy to get to, and the transport links meant that it wasn't a problem. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the resetaurant was excellent value for money and the waiter was really friendly and helpful. Because we had an early flight home the hotel kindly made us each a breakfast hamper for us to take with us-which was so tasty and was a lovely touch. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous, the room and furnishings looked brand new, and we were quite pleased with our stay. The room was no smoking (I believe all rooms were). Since both my wife & myself are smokers, we were a little bit disappointed, but then again, large parts of Europe are becoming no-smoking-all-over.
I can wholerheartedly recommend The Hotel Set to travellers all over. Even though its location was outside of walking distance to the Old Town and the city center, the availability of cheap taxis made that no problem. (<< Back to Hotel Set)

Hotel Set was a superb hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to other tourists.
Booking the hotel was very simple and the staff would reply quickly to emails answering any queries that I had. Confirmation was received in good time and was clear in describing what we would receive and the total cost.
The only concern is that the hotel may be a little further from town than some expected, however there is an efficient tram service and the hotel are more than happy to contact taxis to take you into town. (<< Back to Hotel Set)

The Hotel was expected as described, very clean and quiet, with a good breakfast. I was also easy to find it but, for better information to the future travelers you can also let them know that it is near the Arena and to take as referring point the towers of the stadium.
I have only a negative point (but it can be my personal impression). The light-yellow curtains in the room! In Italy we use the shutters on the windows and in was a problem for me to sleep with the light.

We enjoyed our staying at Set and we intend to recommend it to our friends. Hotel Set is a good choice for anyone who wants to have a pleasant and quite night after a day of visiting (in our case). The biggest mall in the city is very close to the hotel, and by car, you can get very easy in the historical center of Bratislava. We were very satisfied with the hotel location, accommodation, services and food.

Everything in the booking process and the hotel in Bratislava were excellent. The room was most comfortable and the amenities were much appreciated. I was very pleased that English was spoken there. The staff was most helpful in giving directions and in helping to get a taxi when needed. I would strongly recommend this hotel and the booking service to any visitor to Bratislava. We have just stayed at the Hotel Set which we booked through Bratislava Hotels. Our feedback is that the hotel is excellent. This hotel is nearly new and we were allocated a suite with two bathrooms and a lounge room. Also included is English breakfast. The staff were friendly and very helpful. One disadvantage to some may be the location as it is a few stops from the city centre. This for us was better as it was quiet and relaxing and made a welcome return after a days sightseeing. This hotel is very good. It is difficult to find for people who do not know Bratislava. There is a signage on roads but signs are hard to read if you do not know hotel's logo. Hotel needs hairdryers in the room, paper tissues in bathrooms. Otherwise it was a good experience and very friendly staff. (<< Back to Hotel Set)
