How to book your hotel through www.BratislavaHotels.com
The www.BratislavaHotels.com website is a simple to use and comprehensive resource for choosing and reserving accommodation in Bratislava. We are dedicated to making your reservation a smooth and effective experience, the perfect first step to a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Bratislava.
Note: If you are organising a trip for a larger group you can use the Group booking form in the top menu bar, which allows you to specify special requirements for your group.
1. Selecting your hotel or apartment
If you know exactly, which hotel or apartment you wish to reserve, select Browse hotels from the top menu.
If you want to look for available options and do not know a specific hotel, you can look for appropriate hotels that meet your requirements in three ways on www.BratislavaHotels.com:
- Search Available Accommodation Form
This simple form allows you to specify your requirements:
Dates of Stay - if you know the exact dates of your stay, please specify them here. Your search results will leave out hotels, which are completely sold out for those dates. You can also simply leave the dates blank.
Show only - you can limit your search to certain types of facilities, if you do not check any boxes, all facilities will be searched.
Limit location - if you wish to limit your search to certain locations, check the appropriate boxes.
After you make your selections, press Show available accommodation to be taken to a list of all hotels that meet the selected criteria. If you leave all fields of the form unchanged, you will simply be taken to a list of all hotels and apartments.
- Quick Start Categories
The hotels, pensions, hostels and apartments in our database are sorted into 11 practical categories. If you only wish to look at hotels in a particular category, click the category in the Quick Start menu on the left. This will take you to a list of hotels in the selected category.
- Browse hotels
If you want to start by looking at a list of all hotels in the database, simply press the Browse hotels button in the top menu bar. You can narrow the list down at a later stage.
2. Comparing hotels
Once you see a list of hotels, pensions, hostels and apartments, they are sorted by the price of a double room per night. You can select to display the price of single rooms rather than double rooms using the pull-down menu. You can reorder the list according to different criteria and decide, which information to display by using the Display options form at the top of the list. You can specify, whether to add Location info or Descriptions to the list displayed. The list can be sorted by price, alphabetically by hotel name, by star rating or location.
You can look at the details of each hotel or apartment simply by clicking its name. Alternatively, you can click the Open in new window icon for several accommodation facilities to open several windows with details of individual hotels and compare them conveniently.
3. Requesting a reservation
To reserve accommodation in the hotel or apartment you have chosen, simply click the Request reservation button, which takes you to the simple reservation form. Some hotels only allow Immediate on-line booking through the internet with your credit card while others give you a choice of both reservation methods (Direct booking, Immediate on-line booking).
Once you submit your Direct booking reservation request, you will receive a reply from the hotel within 24 hours on weekdays by e-mail. After you submit your request, you will have the option to request price quotes on discounted airport transfer services, car rental and guided tours.
You can request a reservation at several hotels, especially if you are close to the required dates of stay.
Once you submit your request, you will receive:
- an automatic e-mail to confirm that we have received your request
- a contact telephone number, e-mail address for the hotel, apartment owner or the agency handling your request
- a five-digit tracking code to use in all correspondence about your request
The hotels will reply to you and you will simply reconfirm only the reservation you wish to use.
4. Confirming or cancelling
Once you receive offers from hotels, you must follow the instructions in the e-mail offer to confirm that you will stay at the selected dates.
To change or cancel a reservation, use the Change/Cancel Form or simply reply to the hotel offer and inform the hotel that you will not be coming at those dates.
