Hotel Ibis Bratislava Centrum is a much welcome recent addition to the pool of simple and efficient properties suitable both for business and leisure travellers who do not mind the impersonal setting. Located on the side of the Castle hill, the hotel is run by the French Accor chain.

There were problems twice with confirming accommodations at the hotel, but they were quickly resolved. Was able to have some of our luggage stored at the hotel while we traveled. That was a big plus as well as the available computer in the lobby with free online access so we could keep in contact with family here in America. We ate several times in the hotel restaurant. Food was excellent, but a little pricey. The breakfast buffet was a better value. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to many, many points of interest. All staff were very nice, pleasant to deal with, and very helpful. Many thanks to the staff for a nice place to stay.
Hotel Ibis Mervi from Finland 13.12.2004 2004-12-13 :Hotel Ibis was clean, safe and the location was excellent. It was located at the edge of old city and beside the castle. Rooms were simple and without any special features, but bathroom was good and clean. Reception worked efficiently and fast. We had only once breakfast at the hotel, because it was very expensive and nothing special, you can eat much better in town and lot cheaper. We can recommend the hotel to other travellers, it was a good choice. It didn't have anything special, but you don't spend much time there anyways.
