Michalska Brana was an excellent Hotel. I was delighted to be in the old city centre and close proximity to amenities. The hotel is priced in line with hotels in Ireland and although I didn't mind paying for it I had expected accommodation to be cheaper in eastern Europe. The hotel was actually better than expected - the room was superb, it was spotlessly clean and well decorated. It is fantastically located, in the heart of the old town, yet remarkably quiet. The Hotel was excellent, as described and exactly what I required. I would suggest it is perfect for business travellers who don't need a business centre, gym etc and for those on holiday, who again don't need too much support. The hotel was delightful; very central, very modern, charming rooms, friendly staff. We were tourists but I imagine it would suit everyone except perhaps tour groups.
