New Bratislava Hotels and Planned Openings

Newly opened

Five-star Kempinski Hotel River Park built in a new development by the Danube river near the Old Town opened to the public in the middle of June 2010. The Kempinski has about 230 rooms and suites.

A five-star Hotel Sheraton with 207 rooms and suites opened in February 2010 within Eurovea, Bratislava's new quarter built by Irish developers Ballymore Properties by the Danube river.

Accor's Hotel Mercure, a four-star property with 175 opened in autumn 2010 in Zabotova near the Main Train Station.

Planned
A new DoubleTree by Hilton hotel is being built right next to the Ondrej Nepela Ice Hockey Stadium, the site of the 2011 World IIHF Championship.
