Visitors' feedback: Carbie from Holland wrote on 01.05.2008: I and my guest found the hotel to be very clean and well kept, however the hotel did not provide any menu in English so I and my guest decided to eat in the city.
Another point was that only one staff member could speak English, the other only the German language, this would not be suitable for other English guests.
Being asked to pay in advance is to me somewhat of a strange idea, normally all the quality hotels I stay at expect payment prior to the guests leaving the establishment, not in the first five minutes of arriving.
The service of all the staff was very professional and caring, if it was not so far from the city I would be happy to return at a future date.Pamela from Australia wrote on 02.01.2008: We enjoyed our stay at Pension Brajan very much. The standard was much higher than we expected & I hope one day to return to visit my family again.
All of our emails were answered very promptly by Pension Brajan. The food was of a very high standard. The cleanliness & presentation of the room was excellent & I would have no hesitation in recommending the Pension to any of my friends or family.
