The accomodation was very much like we expected allthough there weren't photos of the room we stayed at on your website.
Location was very nice - only negative issue was the high traffic road very close to the accomodation.
Our room was very clean and the bathroom as well. Perhaps the curtains could have been different coloured because in the morging the room was very light.
Overall the accomodation was very nice and everything worked well.

Pension Castle Club Bed and Breakfast is a small pension located right in the historical centre on a cobbled street under Bratislava Castle with a beautiful view of the Danube.

The Castle Club Pension has a very informal family atmosphere. Three rooms are available: a Double and Triple on the first floor with shared bathroom facilities located in the hallway and a Large attic four-bed room with two double beds.

The double and triple share a single luxurious bathroom with large triangle bathtub (located on the same floor in the hallway).The attic four-bed room is equipped with a satellite TV, ADSL internet access and has a separate bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Hairdryer is provided in all rooms.

Most of the historical sights, restaurants, pubs, clubs and public transport connections are within walking distance.

The Pension Castle Club can accommodate up to nine guests in total. It is not suitable for people with disabilities or older people unable to walk up the hill. The double and triple rooms are also not suited for guests who mind sharing a bathroom with others.

There is very little traffic in the street but the Pension overlooks a busy main road by the Danube with some traffic noise.

Breakfast is included in the price listed (simple continental breakfast served in multi-purpose breakfast room).

Discounts: 10% discount is provided for stays over 5 days.

To get there by public transport:
From Airport take bus no. 61 to the terminus Hlavna stanica (Main train station, 25 minutes).

From Main Train Station take bus no. 93, get off at Zochova bus stop, walk up and cross the tram tracks to Zidovska street. Continue to the right to Mikulasska street and then straight forward to Beblaveho street. Pension Castle Club is the last house at Beblaveho street. (10 minutes)

From Bus Station take bus no. 70 and get off at terminus (Novy most) under the Bridge. Walk to the steps at the end of the platform and go up. Then continue to the left up the steps at Zamocke schody. Pension Castle Club is the house at an intersection of Zamocke schody and Beblaveho street. (10 minutes)

Your description was accurate. My colleague in Sweden also recommended this hotel in Bratislava. She stayed in that hotel in November 2007. Pension Castle Club Bed & Breakfast was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and tried to help in the best way they could. Our breakfast was also good.

I was very impressed with the Pension Castle Club Bed & Breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff. If I had to think of some constructive criticism I would suggest a WiFi booster upstairs and thicker duvets on the beds during winter to allow the heating to be reduced.

Your description of the hotel was just. The location was excellent for our type of visit. It was hard to find it without an accurate map. The pension was clean, the service was good.
Also your staff should speak foreign languages. We all speak English, my daughter is fluent in German, my husband speaks Russian, but we could not communicate well.
We were satisfied with the room, but towels could be changed every day and a better bed (not one that collapses for the price we paid) would be recommended. Otherwise it was fun to have so much space.

I was very satisfied with my stay in Bratislava. I got a quick confirmation from Castle Club and even an extra night. As 'my' room was reserved I had to change rooms and this was administrated in a very comfortable and friendly way and had I not said I could use the same towel and laundry they would have changed that also. I just loved to stay at such a place climbing the streets and the stairs! The location is convenient and a lovely view over Donau and the new bridge.

The B&B was more or less as described. Its location is very convenient as it is right in the old town. However, the B&B is not suitable for people with walking disabilities as there is sharp and narrow staircase inside. The room I stayed was spacious enough with two single beds and a sofa, the room had to share a WC and bathroom with another room. Therefore, the Castle Club B&B is best suitable for a big family or a group of friends traveling together. The wardrobe inside the room could be larger, it is definitely not enough even for two people. Douche gel and shampoo were not provided, a minor but noticeable moment.
