Nice location, the room was big and clean. The breakfast very good. The only issue was that the girl from reception doesn't speak English. Anyway, the price not very friendly, but the stay was OK.

Pension Helios is a pension situated in calm Bratislava suburb Devinska Nova Ves near Devin castle and Morava river.

Pension Helios is suitable for travellers, families with children as well as those who appreciate being close to nature.

Pension offers one single room (suitable also for disabled persons), 17 double rooms and two triple rooms. Each room in Pension Helios features TV set, minibar (not included in the price), LAN internet connection and a safe. All rooms have bathrooms ensuite.

Small restaurant located in the same building offers international cuisine and there is Wi-Fi internet connection and large LCD TV. In summer the restaurant offers summer terrace for 30 persons. Moreover there is underground winecellar suitable for private groups and meetings. Small congress room for up to 30 persons is also available.

For more demanding guests there is sauna in the pension (available from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, not included in the accommodation price) and fitness center located some 100 meters from the pension (opened from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm).

Breakfast is included in the price listed (buffet breakfast served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am).

To get there by public transport:
From Airport:
Take bus no. 61 and get off at terminus (Main Railway station). (25 minutes)

From Main Railway station:
Take bus no. 32 and get off on the next stop (SAV). Change to bus no. 21 direction Devinska Nova Ves - Volkswagen-2. Get off at Milana Marecka stop (fourth stop). Walk for about 30 meters to the nearest pedestrian crossing and cross the street to the other side. Continue for about 15 meters and then turn right to Podhorska street. Walk for another 80 meters. Pension Helios is on your right. (30 minutes)

From Main Bus Station:
Take bus no. 21 direction Devinska Nova Ves - Volkswagen-2. Get off at Milana Marecka stop (seventh stop from where you get on the bus). Walk for about 30 meters to the nearest pedestrian crossing and cross the street to the other side. Continue for about 15 meters and then turn right to Podhorska street. Walk for another 80 meters. Pension Helios is on your right. (35 minutes)

From E65 (highway from Czech Republic) take exit Devinska Nova Ves. At the first crossroad turn right and continue towards Devinska Nova Ves on road 505. Follow the signs "Devinska Nova Ves" until you enter this part of town. Continue on Eisnerova street until you pass Terno store. After you pass it, take first turn left and immediately afterwards turn right to Podhorska street. Continue for another 80 meters. Pension Helios is on your right.

From Berg border crossing (from Austria) take the first exit on E65 towards Brno (Czech Republic). Cross Danube river using Lafranconi bridge. Follow E65 to Patronka and turn left on traffic lights (you are still on E65). Drive additional 2 km and after you pass Hypertesco store follow "Lamac" sign (thus exiting E65). Follow Lamacska cesta, cross the railway tracks and continue on Hodoninska cesta. Follow Hodoninska cesta until you see sign "Devinska Nova Ves". Follow the signs "Devinska Nova Ves" until you enter this part of town. Continue on Eisnerova street until you pass Terno store. After you pass it, take first turn left and immediately afterwards turn right to Podhorska street. Continue for another 80 meters. Pension Helios is on your right.

From E75 - follow E75 (occasionaly changes to E575) and cross Danube river via Pristavny most (Port bridge). From Pristavny most turn right to Einsteinova ulica (you are still on E75). Pass Stary most (Old bridge), Aupark shopping center, Novy most (New bridge), Incheba exhibition hall (all are on your right side) and turn right to most Lafranconi (Lafranconi bridge, direction Brno, Czech Republic). Follow E65 to Patronka and turn left on traffic lights (you are still on E65). Drive additional 2 km and after you pass Hypertesco store follow "Lamac" sign (thus exiting E65).
