Pension u Srncika Robert from Australia underway to Vienna airport wrote on 23.06.2010 2010-06-23:The pension was in a convenient location as I was coming down from Poland. The location of the pension was good in relation to where I was heading and was easy to find. The hotel allocated me a tiny room which was disappointing as I booked a long time ahead. It felt cramped and stuffy. Internet was also promised in the room but I was later told that it's only available from the hallway! There was no table in the hall so I had to balance my laptop on my knees to use it. I was told when I checked in that breakfast would be at 8:00. Later the owner said that it would be "not possible" to serve breakfast before 9:00(!) and that it would cost me an extra 10 euro. I was under the impression that it would be included in the price. I skipped breakfast as I had a plane to catch and 9 was too late. The pension is not run in a professional manner. I was left with the impression that it's more interested in running the restaurant rather than the hotel section. To serve breakfast at 9 is ridiculous and it was obvious that they were not really interested in providing it. I would certainly never stay there again and I think BratislavaHotels should remove this establishment from its books before it is inflicted on other people.3
Pension u Srncika David from Australia wrote on 29.06.2009 2009-06-29:The booking was confirmed quickly and our questions were promptly dealt with. The Pension was well located in the vicinity of Devin Castle and a short drive from the centre of Bratislava. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. We believe that the Pension was very good value for money. Parking was available as promised.3
Pension u Srncika Joachim from Germany wrote on 21.06.2009 2009-06-21:Despite we as guests made a mistake and arrived one day later than planned (and the reservated room was already given to someone else), the staff tried to do their best and gave us another room! The staff remained friendly despite our late arrival. Food was delicious, we recommend the wild pig goulash with Bavarian knedles. The location is good to safely park the car outside of Bratislava, while in 20 minutes the bus leads you directly to novi most, which was very convenient for us. The description in the internet was highly accurate.3
