The information submitted in the direct e-mail booking form is forwarded directly to the hotel or partner agency. www.BratislavaHotels.com only uses it for two purposes - to get in touch with you if the hotel or partner agency requires more information and is unable to contact you and secondly, to request your feedback on the quality of your booking experience with us and the services of your hotel.
If you do not reply to our e-mail request for feedback, we never contact you again by e-mail.
We will not send you or allow our partners to send you unsolicited commercial communication. Our contracts with hotels and other partners stipulate that all reasonable measures must be taken to protect the privacy of your information.
If you submit your physical address, we may send you a Christmas Card.
We ask that you submit a contact telephone number. This is sometimes necessary when the hotel or partner agency may need to verify your reservation. Your address is required by hotels to meet the Slovak tourism regulations. By submitting it during reservation you simplify the check-in process.
Occasionally, especially for high season periods, hotels or partner agencies may ask you to provide your credit card number or prepay the reservation. These payments are made with at least a 48-hour no charge cancellation policy, unless agreed otherwise.
If you submit a credit card number through our secure booking form, the hotel can access it securely through our system. Afterwords we automatically remove it from our database. It is not made available or handled by our employees.
Immediate on-line booking handled by our partner World Choice Travel from the USA and Booking.com in the Netherland is covered by stringent additional privacy policies described in the on-line booking form.
