Rajska Apartments are located in a residential building in the centre of Bratislava, just around the corner from the Tesco department store, a short walk from the historical centre of the town.

There are seven newly furnished one-bedroom apartments and one studio on various floors. Each apartment offers a bedroom, small living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower corner (two of the apartments have a bathtub instead), hairdryer and a separate toilet. Almost all apartments feature individual air-conditioning units. Satellite TV with over 60 TV channels and wireless Internet is available at no extra charge.

Each apartment can sleep two persons on a double bed and additional two persons on a fold-out sofa double bed. The studio apartment can only accommodate two persons on a double bed.

The apartments are located on various floors (from third to fifth floor) in an architecturally valuable but somewhat run down functionalist building without an elevator. They may not suit people who have problems using the stairs. Sizes of the apartments vary from 30 sq. metres (322 square feet) to 39 sq. meters (420 sq. feet).

It is necessary to arrange check-in with apartment manager in advance since there is no full-time reception in the building.

Additional information: One pet up to 20 kg per apartment allowed for EUR 30 (one time fee) and with a deposit EUR 300 required in advance.

Children up to 3 years stay for free, children up to 10 years are entitled to 50% discount.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior arrival will be charged 10% of the stay. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior arrival will be charged 30% of the stay. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show full price will be charged.

From Airport:
Take bus no. 61 (direction hlavna stanica) and get off at Racianske myto stop (15 stops, 22 min). Take tram no. 11 (direction Namestie Ludovita Stura) and get off at Jesenskeho stop (4 stops, 9 min). Walk back 50 meters towards the intersection with Sturova. Turn left and continue along the tram lines back to Kamenne namestie. At the traffic lights cross to the other side towards Slovenska sporitelna. You are now on Dunajska Street. Continue about 200 meters and then turn left to Rajska street. Rajska Apartments are on your left in the building no. 14

From Bratislava Main Train station:
Take bus no. 61, 74, 201, 210 and get off at Racianske myto (3 stops, 4 min) get off at Jesenskeho street (4 stops, 9 min). Walk back 50 meters towards the intersection with Sturova. Turn left and continue along the tram lines back to Kamenne namestie. At the traffic lights cross to the other side towards Slovenska sporitelna. You are now on Dunajska Street. Continue about 200 meters and then turn left to Rajska street. Rajska Apartments are on your left in the building no. 14.

From Bus Station:
Take trolleybus no. 202 (direction Rajska) and get off at the terminus Rajska (2 stops, 3 min). Continue about 50 meters in the same direction. Turn left to Rajska and continue walking towards the intersection with Dunajska. Rajska Apartments are on your right, in building no. 14.

From Berg border crossing:
Take route E58 (Viedenska road) and drive straight towards overpass. Pass above Einsteinova street and follow Viedenska cesta. Continue under the bridge (Novy most - New Bridge) along with Danube river bank, then turn left and cross the Danube using Stary most (Old Bridge). After you cross this bridge, turn right on the traffic lights to the Dostojevskeho rad. Pass next traffic lights and turn left to Klemensova street. Continue straight until the end of the street and then turn left to Dunajska street. Continue straight until Rajska street on your right - Rajska Apartments are at the corner of Dunajska and Rajska street.

From highway D61:
Pass IKEA and Hypernova shopping malls and follow the "centrum" (city center) traffic signs. Drive straight towards Pristavny most (Port bridge), below the overpass to the roundabout. Follow the "centrum" sign. You are now on Pristavna street. Drive straight down the street, continue straight to the Landererova street. In the end of Landererova street turn to the right to Dostojevskeho rad. On the second traffic lights turn left to Mlynske nivy and continue to Dunajska street. Continue straight until Rajska street on your right - Rajska Apartments are at the corner of Dunajska and Rajska street.

I visited the apartments to review them before adding them to our website. The apartments are on several floors of a run down but architecturally interesting functionalist building in a very central location.

Inside all the apartments are newly done with modern design and include facilities for cooking, as well as satellite TV.

The youthful management is friendly and professional.3
