The apartment was excellent. The only problem is that the policemen guarding the American embassy talked to each other during the night and we had to close the wondow in order to sleep. We North Americans like to sleep with our windows open during the summer.

Studio Hviezdoslavovo square is renovated self-catering apartment for two persons. It is located in a residential building on the largest square of Bratislava's pedestrian zone, next door to American Embassy and multiple hotels.

It features a well-furnished living room/bedroom with a queen size double bed. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave oven, toaster, kettle and a fridge. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. There is a cable TV with a large selection of programs and broadband internet.

The size of the studio is 40 square meters or approx. 323 square feet. The studio is located on the third floor (there is no elevator in the building).

Minimum stay of two nights required.

Breakfast is not included in the price listed.

• Any changes or cancellation made less than 7 days before planned arrival or no-shows are subject to loss of the 20% deposit.
• In addition, on arrival the guest will be asked for a 100 Euro (or SKK 4000) deposit or a credit card guarantee against possible damage to the premises resulting from negligence.
• Two methods of payment are accepted: either before arrival via PayPal or at arrival by cash in Slovak koruna or Euros.
• Please provide estimated time of arrival and mode of transportation in the comments section.
• As a general guideline the check-in time is after 2.00 P.M. and the check-out time is at 12.00 A.M, nevertheless, the apartment owners will try to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
• The apartment owner will meet you on your arrival to welcome you to the apartment, provide you with the keys and answer any questions.

From Berg border crossing:
Take route E58 (Viedenska road) until the exit to E75 (Einsteinova street). Follow Einsteinova street. Continue until exit to the Novy most - New Bridge and use it to cross the Danube. Keep to the right and exit the bridge using first exit. Pass under the bridge, on the traffic lights turn to the left (almost 360 degrees) and continue along Danube river bank. Pass under the bridge once again and continue on Razusovo nabrezie (Razus embankment) until second traffic lights. Make a U-turn and go back for about 200 meters, then turn right to the Riegleho street, turn right to Pauliniho street. Studio Apartment Hviezdoslavov Square is on your left.

From highway D61:
Pass IKEA and Hypernova shopping malls and follow the "centrum" (city center) traffic signs. Drive straight towards Pristavny most (Port bridge), below the overpass to the roundabout. Follow the "centrum" sign. You are now on Pristavna street. Drive straight down the street, continue straight to the Landererova street. In the end of Landererova street turn to the left to Dostojevskeho rad. Pass the traffic lights and continue on Vajanskeho nabrezie (Vajansky embankment). On next traffic light continue straight and then turn right to the Riegleho street, turn right to Pauliniho street. Studio Apartment Hviezdoslavov Square is on your left.

The apartment was actually bigger than we expected and being on the back of the square was very peaceful. It was bright and clean, and we would recommend it.

I was absoluley delighted with the apartment it was everything I expected and more. I had read up on it and peoples comments were that it was small but I disagree for two or even three people to share it is fantastic and would definetly use it again.
