Bratislava Hotel Turist is a simple and unpretentious hotel suitable for budget travelers. It is located in a residential neighbourhood, about 30 minutes walk from the downtown through a high traffic area. It is very convenient to Bratislava's football and ice-hockey stadiums, swimming pool Pasienky and shopping mall with cinemas.

The rooms are simply furnished and with ensuite facilities and a balcony. You get a satellite TV and free wireless internet in every room. Some rooms are also equipped with a fridge and telephone.

Hotel Turist was clean, the people working there very friendly and helpful. The furniture in the room was not new, but everything was clean and comfortable. Parking space for our care was there. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff!
The location of the Hotel Turist was perfect for the purpose of our trip - the Depeche Mode Concert just around the corner at Inter Stadium :-)
Also there is a big supermarket ("Billa") just a few meters away, and the Shopping and Entertainment Center Polus is also very near which is great.3

I was very satisfied with my stay in Hotel Turist. The single room was very clean and tidy and well worth the money paid. The staff were friendly and helpful. I only have one complaint and that is that the taxi service they use was very expensive in my opinion. I had to pay 13 euros from the hotel to the airport. The driver appeared to take the "scenic route" in order to justify the price.3
