Residence Villa Bistrich is an apartment residence in Zahorska Bystrica, a suburb of Bratislava. The villa offers studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for both longer and shorter stays in quiet surroundings some 15-30 minutes from the centre of Bratislava by car or bus.

Three studios are available, each can accommodate up to two persons (one on a sofa bed). The four one-bedroom apartments are suitable for up to three persons (two persons in regular beds, one on a sofa bed) and six two-bedrooms apartments can sleep up to five persons each (one person on a sofa bed).

All studios and apartments are strictly non-smoking. Each offers a fully equipped kitchenette, plasma TV with over 30 channels, DVD player with home cinema, washing machine and dishwasher. All have a separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub (some with an additional shower corner).

The sizes of studios and apartments vary from 49 sq. metres (approx. 527 sq. feet) to 129 sq. metres (approx. 1378 sq. feet). Residence Villa Bistrich has a chip-card operated elevator, security cameras and reception.

The Zahorska Bystrica area of Bratislava is the site of the Volkswagen auto plant, TV Markiza and is close to the highway D2 to Brno and Prague. The trip to the city centre on the highway can take approximately 15 by car and 30 minutes by bus.

From Bratislava Airport:
Get on the bus no. 61 and get off at Racianske Myto. Change to bus no. 21 direction Volkswagen (you will have to get across the square). Get off at Patronka and change to bus no. 37 direction Zahorska Bystrica. Get off at Zahorska stop. Walk back few metres and turn left to Gbelska street. Walk down the street. Villa Bistrich is on your left side (Gbelska street no. 8) (50 minutes).

From Main Railway Station:
Get on the bus no. 93 and get off at the first stop. Go to the bus stop on the opposite side of street and get on bus no. 83. Get off at Patronka and change to bus no. 37 direction Zahorska Bystrica. Get off at Zahorska stop. Walk back few metres and turn left to Gbelska street. Walk down the street. Villa Bistrich is on your left side (Gbelska street no. 8) (40 minutes).

From Bus Station:
Take bus no. 70 direction Novy Most. Get off at Novy Most and change to bus no. 37 direction Zahorska Bystrica. Get off at Zahorska stop. Walk back few metres and turn left to Gbelska street. Walk down the street. Villa Bistrich is on your left side (Gbelska street no. 8) (35 minutes).

Follow highway E65, then take exit to Stupava (road no. 2). Continue straight, pass Stupava and follow "Zahorska Bystrica" signs. When in Zahorska Bystrica, turn left to Ceskoslovenskych tankistov street and then take first turn right to Gbelska street. Villa Bistrich is in Gbelska street no. 8.

From Austria:
Head east on D4 toward D2/E65/E75, then merge onto D2/E65. Take the exit toward road no. 505, turn right. At road no. 505 turn left at Hodonínska and continue to Zahorska Bystrica. When in Zahoirska Bystrica, slight right at Bratislavská, then turn right at Tatranská and afterwards turn left at Gbelská. Villa Bistrich is in Gbelska street in building no. 8 on your right side.
